The SUPER-PAIN 600 E is the electric-motor version of the SUPER-PAIN 600 chipper, designed for stationary professional installations. Fitted with a three-phase motor and a soft-start system, it is suitable for applications requiring reduced noise and emissions. Designed and manufactured in France (Yonne), this chipper accepts all wood species (within the maximum admissible diameter) and produces uniform short-fiber chips without dust or tearing tails, suitable for mulching, permaculture, BRF or composting following the Jean Pain method.

• Three-phase motor from 10 kW with soft-start
• Cutting capacity: up to 170 mm diameter (170 mm = 17 cm Ø)
• Standard 360° adjustable discharge chute
• 6 radial knives 200 mm mounted on a Ø600 mm cutting disc
• Special cutting table limiting splinters to ≤ 4 mm and preventing blockages
• No shredding tails or dust
• Throughput: up to 34 m³ instantaneous (indicative average throughput for the series: ~6 m³/h depending on configuration)
• Warranty: 1 year parts; structural lifetime warranty (excluding wear parts and improper use)

• Hydraulic feed rollers: two feed rollers driven by a self-contained hydraulic unit equipped with the No-Stress system for power demand regulation and improved feeding ergonomics (useful for difficult vegetation)
• Spare knife set to continue operation without waiting for sharpening
• Knife sharpener for in-house re-sharpening respecting the correct cutting angle
