Overview
Available with a Kohler petrol engine and mounted on a wheelbarrow chassis or trailer, the SUPER-PAIN 450 G processes woody vegetation up to the admissible maximum diameter. It produces regular, short-fiber chips without stringing or sawdust, suitable for mulching, permaculture, BRF, animal bedding or equine surfaces. Manufactured in France (Yonne). Warranty: 1 year parts; structural lifetime warranty (excluding wear parts and improper use).

General features

• Wheelbarrow-type chassis with two large 400 mm diameter wheels
• Cutting capacity: up to 120 mm diameter for woody material
• 4 radial knives (150 mm) on a Ø450 mm disc
• Special cutting table limiting any fragment to ≤ 4 mm and preventing blockages
• No stringing or sawdust in the produced chips
• Throughput: up to 17 m³ instantaneous
• Warranty: 1 year parts; structural lifetime warranty (excluding wear parts and improper use)

• Road trailer: for multi-site use and easier transport (hitch per customer needs, trailer homologated 450 kg)
• Road trailer with 1 m³ chip hopper: allows chip collection on the same trailer as the unit, road homologation 750 kg
• Self-propelled tracked base: for easy movement on all terrains
• Chassis adaptable to customer tracked carrier: functions as an implement for the customer's carrier
• Adjustable discharge chute: ejects chips to about 2 m height in any direction (1 m fixed without chute)
