DescriptionQuintSonic T measures up to eight coatings in a single operation. It measures polymer coatings (paints, varnishes, plastics) as well as glass, ceramic or metallic coatings on virtually any substrate. Precise and easy to handle, QuintSonic T supports typical coating systems such as:
- Lacquers on plastics
- Plastics on wood
- Glass on metal
- and many more
Featuring a generous 8-inch display, QuintSonic shows measurement results together with the corresponding ultrasonic signal course (A-scan). Signal adjustment parameters are displayed simultaneously and can be adapted to the current measurement to save time. Subsequent parameter adjustment is possible via the memory option for A-scans.
QuintSonic T offers simple handling via touchscreen and an intuitive user interface. The measuring program provides a clear data structure with integrated test report generation.
QuintSonic T is also suited for harsh environments thanks to IP67, MIL-STD 810 G and extremely resistant Gorilla® glass.
