Overview
QCBU series ball‑locking quick‑release pins provide positive locking for frequent insertion/removal in quick‑change fixturing. The pin is threaded into the fixture and the matching receptacle is mounted to the base. Insertion expands the balls to lock the fixture; depressing the handle button retracts the balls for removal without tools. The tapered pin end eases alignment. Compatible with locating pins for precise positioning.

Usage / Function
Designed for quick‑change fixturing: thread the pin into the workpiece fixture and mount the receptacle to the base. Insertion causes the pin balls to expand and lock; depress the button to retract the balls and remove the pin. Tapered pin end assists rapid alignment. Use with locating pins and ball‑locking receptacles for repeatable positioning.
