Threaded quarter-turn fastener QCBA series

Description
Receptacles for one-touch fasteners designed for quick-change applications with frequent insertion and removal. The three-ball locking mechanism secures the clamping pin (QCBA0816-M5) on insertion and ensures consistent clamping force to prevent under- or over-tightening by the operator. The standard QCBA style permits insertion and removal in a single operation and can be combined with locating pins for precise positioning. Body material is 1045 carbon steel with an electroless nickel plating. Fastening nuts (PN RBN-M16X150X006SS) are ordered separately. Recommended installation tool: PW16.
