Product description
Expanding pin fasteners of the QCHC series provide positive locking for quick-change fixtures that require frequent insertion and removal. The push-button design permits rapid engagement: press to insert the pin, release to expand the shaft and secure the fixture. Installation requires only a tapped hole in the plate/panel and a through hole in the base plate; no receptacles are needed. Body and nut are 303 stainless steel; spacer 303 stainless steel; spring and snap ring 304 stainless steel.

Usage / Operation

• Engineered for quick-change fixtures with repeated insertion/removal cycles.
• Operation: press button to insert pin; release to allow automatic shaft expansion and locking.
• Mounting: tapped hole in plate/panel and through hole in base plate; designed for use without additional receptacles.
• Delivers a consistent clamping force to reduce operator over- or under-tightening.
