These ball-lock receptacles QCBAS are designed for quick-change clamping with frequent insertion and removal. The three-ball locking mechanism provides consistent clamping force to avoid under- or over-tightening. The safety lock secures the balls in the receptacle to prevent accidental release; operate by pushing up the locking knob and rotating 90°.

Compatibility & use

• Use with clamping pin: QCBA0816-M5.
• Compatible with locating pins for precise positioning.
• Fastening nuts (RBN-M20X150X006SS) and installation tool PW16 are ordered separately.

Materials

• Body: 1045 carbon steel, electroless nickel plated.
• Balls: hardened 440C stainless steel.
• Springs: 304 stainless steel.

When engaged the safety lock prevents accidental release of the clamping pin. Intended for applications requiring repeatable, reliable quick-change clamping.
