Among them, parts A and B are manufactured by stamping, the material is phosphor bronze, the material hardness is HV200±15, and the tensile strength is Rm>640Mpa. These parts also require a nickel-plated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Part C is a custom rivet part made of C1100 copper material. This part needs to be riveted and assembled with two other stamping parts through riveting process to complete the final product assembly. During the riveting process, we use high-pressure and high-temperature processes to ensure the firmness and reliability of the riveting.
