Description

Tinning of copper busbars refers to the partial or whole tinning of copper busbars, which does not require heating or electroplating tanks. The process is simple and easy to operate. The positive and negative reversing switches are located on the front panel. By turning the switch up and down, the reversing can be realized quickly. The biggest advantages are power saving (90% efficiency), time saving (only two-thirds of the original rectifier time, or even shorter), material saving (raw materials can be saved by 30% at the same time), and high efficiency (each section can increase the output value by more than one-third). Our profiled copper busbar is a high-performance, high-precision conductive component designed for power and electronic equipment. The product is made of high-quality copper with excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is able to maintain stable electrical performance in a variety of harsh environments. Advantages of Tinning of copper busbars: Nickel-plated copper busbars have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for high humidity and harsh environments while maintaining easy welding properties. The nickel plating layer enhances the copper busbar's anti-oxidation properties, prolongs its service life, and makes welding more convenient and firm. The copper busbar treated with nickel plating has a smooth surface, which not only improves the stability of current conduction, but also makes the welding process easier. The nickel plating process improves the copper busbar's wear resistance and durability while maintaining good welding performance, which is suitable for high-load industrial applications.
