Copper bus manufacturing process The first step in making copper busbars is material selection. We strictly select high-quality copper and aluminum materials to ensure that the products have good conductivity and durability. To ensure the straightness of the material, we must first straighten it. If the copper or aluminum busbar is a coil or has a bend, we will manually straighten it to ensure that it is straight and correct. Using a punch press and a special mold, or cut the copper and aluminum busbars on a CNC busbar bending machine. After cutting, we use a file to remove burrs and manually straighten it on a flat plate with a wooden hammer to ensure that the cut is flat. For the uneven parts of the connection end, we will use a busbar flattening die to flatten it, or manually flatten it to make it smooth and flat.
