This OEM reinforcement plate was custom made for a Canadian customer to meet their specific structural reinforcement needs. The customer required a solution that would provide excellent support and reinforcement while remaining lightweight and durable, so aluminum plates were selected with a sandblasted surface finish.
The reinforcement plate is made by sheet metal stamping. This process not only ensures the precise size and shape of the product, but also enhances the structural strength of the plate. The stamping process enables the reinforcement plate to effectively distribute the load, improving the stability and durability of the overall structure.
Available raw materials:
Aluminum (current choice): Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for reinforcement applications that require weight reduction.
Stainless steel: Provides higher corrosion and fatigue resistance, suitable for high stress and corrosive environments.
Carbon steel: High strength, suitable for structural reinforcement applications that require extremely high load-bearing capacity.
Surface treatment options:
Sandblasting (current option): provides a matte texture and increases surface friction, further improving the wear resistance and anti-slip properties of the sheet.
Electroplating: provides excellent corrosion protection and enhances the appearance of the product.
Powder coating: increases surface durability and provides a variety of color options to suit different application requirements.
