Brass metal stamping is a common method used for manufacturing metal parts for light switches due to its high-volume, low-cost, and rapid production capabilities. After receiving the project, we produce and deliver the metal stamping parts through the following steps:
The first step is to select the appropriate brass alloy based on customer requirements.
The second step is to design and manufacture the continuous mold for stamping, typically made of hardened steel and including a punch and a die.
The third step is to start production on the stamping press, with the process repeated until the required quantity of metal stamping parts has been produced.
Once the individual metal parts have been manufactured and finished, HLC will deliver them to the customer according to their requested packaging and transportation methods. They will then assemble them into a light switch using specialized tools and equipment.
