Products process
The process begins with material selection, where high-conductivity copper plates or strips are chosen for superior electrical performance.
The copper is then cut and stamped to size, followed by punching mounting holes with high precision. After that, bending operations are carried out using CNC bending machines or stamping dies to achieve the required angles and shape.
Once formed, the busbar may undergo surface finishing, such as tin plating or anti-oxidation treatment, to improve corrosion resistance and durability.
