This PVC insulated busbar is designed for safe and efficient power distribution. With a precision tolerance of ±0.01 mm, the busbar guarantees accurate fit and reliable performance. Compared to mica-wrapped busbars, the plastic-coated design offers enhanced flexibility, durability, and easier installation in EV batteries, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems. Products process - The production starts with material selection, where high-conductivity copper or aluminum is chosen for stable current carrying capacity. - The raw bar is then cut and CNC machined to the required dimensions, including bending or punching holes if needed. With ±0.01 mm precision tolerance, every piece is processed to ensure accurate assembly. - Next, the bar undergoes surface cleaning and preparation to remove burrs and oil, ensuring strong adhesion of the insulation layer. - The conductor is then coated with PVC or plastic insulation, typically through extrusion or heat-shrink tubing. This process provides complete electrical protection, mechanical durability, and resistance to environmental stress. - Finally, the insulated busbars are subjected to electrical insulation tests, dimensional inspection, and durability checks.
