The metal parts are automatically assembled through the assembly line process.
Step 1: During the feeding stage, the parts are orderly arranged and conveyed to the track through a vibrating bowl or a silo-based automatic feeding mechanism.
Step 2: A robotic arm equipped with a gripper or a vacuum suction cup grabs the parts and conveys them to the assembly station. At the assembly station, a high-precision positioning fixture accurately positions the parts under the visual guidance of an industrial camera. For fastening, an automatic screwdriver tightens the top screws to fix the parts, or automatic welding equipment is used for welding as needed.
Step 3: After assembly, the parts undergo rigorous inspection, including appearance, size and function tests. Defective products are screened out, and qualified products are conveyed to the unloading area and finally packaged by automatic packaging equipment.
During the automated assembly process, our equipment efficiently handles tasks from precise feeding of components to accurate grasping, transferring, positioning, and fastening.
