Description

Our confectionery equipment production is located in Varna, Republic of Bulgaria. All our equipment has received declarations of conformity of our equipment to the requirements of the European Union. Modular confectionery oven MCO is a modern high-tech universal industrial equipment designed for baking confectionery products on a mesh oven. The stove is made taking into account its operation in rooms with an air temperature of 10 to 35 ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 85% Furnace composition: Oven consists of several baking modules, a feeding table, a receiving table, an exhaust system, a power unit and a control panel. Tubular electric heaters (TEH) are installed in each baking chamber above and below. Device and principle of operation: Oven consists of several baking modules 1900 mm long, interconnected and forming a walk-through tunnel through which the conveyor moves (PST net or chains with flags). A feeding table with a tensioning device is installed at the entrance of the tunnel. A receiving table is installed at the exit of the tunnel, in which the drive mechanism of the conveyor and the electrical power unit are located. Each baking chamber has an exhaust tunnel that is connected to an exhaust probe on the receiving table. The temperature regime in the baking chambers is created using tubular electric heaters (TEH) located above and below. The oven has two-layer thermal insulation around the baking chambers, which ensures a decrease in heat loss and energy consumption during operation.
