The output in kg/hour can be calculated using the formula:

Where:
t – total baking time per product, seconds
n – number of items per mold, pcs
N – number of baking molds, pcs
m – mass of one item, kg
Example calculation for sponge heart with filling (5 hearts, 18 molds):
t = 165 sec; N = 18; n = 5; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 165) · 18 · 5 · 0.030 = 59 kg/hour
Example (8 hearts, 18 molds):
t = 180 sec; N = 18; n = 8; m = 0.030 kg
P = (3600 / 180) · 18 · 8 · 0.030 = 86 kg/hour
Example (8 hearts, 21 molds):
t = 180 sec; N = 21; n = 8; m = 0.030 kg

Features

Batter dispenser: based on a gear pump driven by a geared motor with frequency regulation. Offers 4 adjustable parameters: delay, speed, time, and anti-drip.
Molds (plates): made from cast iron grade SCH20. Cast iron provides even baking thanks to high heat capacity and is easy to clean. Heating is internal — open molds do not lose temperature.
