Confectionery oven CO-4 ─industrial equipment for baking wafer sheets and cakes. The oven is intended for medium-sized enterprises where there is currently no need for high-performance automated solutions. Cast iron molds are ideal for baking wafer products, providing a stable temperature regime and, as a result, an excellent appearance of the product. The container for the dough and the manual dispenser allow with sufficient accuracy to pour the dough into four molds at once, which speeds up and simplifies the workflow. The ergonomic and simple control panel allows you to adjust the temperature on all upper and lower molds separately, as well as set the required cycle time on an automated timer that notifies you of the end of the baking process and automatically restarts when the upper molds are closed after dosing the dough. Distinctive features of the CO-4 confectionery oven:
• main difference between the CO-4 oven and the CO-2 is four sets of cast iron baking plates instead of two aluminum ones;
• heating inside baking tins (instead of a chamber like in ovens of the CO-2U class), when opened, they do not lose temperature;
• temperature on the upper and lower plate is regulated separately;
• accuracy of keeping the temperature on the mold is only 5 degrees;
• mold hinges are made of steel using bearing assemblies and are removed from the heating zone;
