The divider M-NS II meets market demands thanks to its ability to produce high-quality crusty bread. Paired with the M-RT moulder, the M-NS II divider enables working with hydrated and rested doughs to produce authentic bread: shaped, voluminous bread with a thin, crispy crust and open, regular crumb. Perfectly controlled mechanical actions throughout the division process and a small amount of dusting flour, enable to get a high quality product with enhanced aroma. Industrial performance Reduced footprint for an easy integration into your production line. ​The gentle dough handling enables to work with highly hydrated doughs and use fewer improving agents,minimising consumable costs. Sustainability Built for an easy daily use, during production and maintenance operations.
