The M-RT Moulder can produce a wide range of formats and weights of crusty breads when paired with our "stretch-free" M-NS II dividers or Volumetric H dividers. MECATHERM's equipment for makeup lines gives the products several unique qualities: regular length and shape, generous volume, and a thin, golden, shiny, and crispy crust. This equipment also enhances the aroma thanks to minimal flouring and provides a more or less open, soft, and regular crumb. The M-RT can handle hydrated and pointed doughs with demanding ingredients such as sourdough, poolish, or seeds. It can also produce a wide range of formats and weights of crispy breads, such as baguettes, bâtard bread, or even portioned baguettes up to 1/6th. User Comfort The M-RT Moulder offers operators ease of use and accessibility to various parts of the equipment to facilitate cleaning, maintenance, and production changes.
