Description

High-precision conductive plastic potentiometer for demanding applications The conductive plastic potentiometers of the MCP30 series are designed for applications with the highest demands on precision and durability. With a housing diameter of 27 mm and a lifetime of over 50 million revolutions, they offer a reliable solution for demanding and long-term applications. Thanks to the high-quality conductive plastic technology, these potentiometers achieve an excellent linearity of ±0.25%. The electrical rotation angle is 340° ±5°, while the mechanical rotation angle allows 360° without stop. Equipped with a servo flange for precise mounting and 2 precision ball bearings, the MCP30 potentiometers ensure high mechanical stability and accuracy. The temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C enables use in a wide variety of environments. Options: Resistance values: Available from 500 Ohm to 100 kOhm. Tandem version: For applications that require redundant signals; up to 5 gangs possible. Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths, including special adaptations for individual requirements. Rear shaft: For mechanical connection to synchronized mechanisms on the rear of the potentiometer. Screwdriver slot: For simple adjustments directly on the shaft.
