Description

Miniaturised multiturn potentiometer for precise setpoint specifications The miniaturised 10-turn rotary potentiometers of the AL9 series are preferred for setpoint setting. The resistive element offers a service life of over 200,000 revolutions, making them ideal for applications with moderate actuation. The identical series are available for applications with higher service life requirements: AL10 with wirewound potentiometer technology for ≥ 2 million revolutions AL11 with hybrid potentiometer technology for ≥ 10 million revolutions Thanks to their compact Ø13 mm design, the AL9 potentiometers are particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space where precise manual adjustment is required. They are available in 3, 5 or 10 turns and offer precise resistance measurement for fine adjustments. An IP65 shaft seal is available for demanding environments. Options: Electrically effective angle of rotation 1080° (3 turn), 1800° (5 turn) or 3600° (10 turn) Electrical connections solder pins or solder lugs (radial or axial) Shaft sealing IP65 for increased protection requirements Resistance values 20 Ohm to 100 kOhm Resistance tolerance ±3 % (optional ±1 %) Independent linearity ±0.35 % (optional up to ±0.1 %) Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths Screwdriver slot optionally available
