Description

High-quality wirewound potentiometer with sensitive bearing, metal housing and large electrical rotation range The S11 is a robust and precise potentiometer with an electrically effective angle of rotation of 355°, ideal for precise position measurements. The metal housing ensures high mechanical stability, while the double ball bearing shaft enables low-friction, long-lasting and particularly sensitive movement thanks to a low torque. It is mounted using a servo flange, which enables precise and secure fastening. With a service life of over 1 million revolutions and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +105 °C, the S11 is designed for demanding operating conditions. A mechanical end stop at 330° with 30 Ncm is available on request to keep the slider within the measuring range and prevent false signals. This is particularly advantageous with manual setpoint specification, as it prevents accidental overturning. Up to 5 gangs can be realized in the multi-gang version. Options: Multigang version up to 5 gangs Independent linearity ±0.3 % (optional ±0.2 % for R > 1 kOhm) Resistance tolerance ±3 % (optional ±1 %) Center tap: Up to 2 center taps on request Rear shaft for mechanical connection to synchronised mechanisms Screwdriver slot for easy adjustment Mechanical end stop 330° with 30 Ncm on request
