Description
The TriACCX is a compact, robust and versatile triaxial accelerometer designed to meet demanding industrial and rail applications.

Features and benefits
  • Compact size: With dimensions of 20 × 27 × 27 mm the sensor can be integrated in confined spaces.
  • Triaxial measurement: Measures accelerations along all three axes simultaneously - ideal for comprehensive condition monitoring.
  • Certified for rail use: Compliance with DIN EN 50155 ensures reliable operation under harsh railway conditions.
  • Flexible measurement ranges: Wide selection of acceleration ranges allows precise adaptation to different scenarios from low vibration to high shocks.
  • Current output: Easy integration into existing automation solutions (e.g. 4-20 mA).
  • Rugged design: Optional IP67 cable version protects against dust and temporary immersion - suitable for demanding environments.
  • Wide temperature and voltage range: Operates reliably from -40 °C to +85 °C and with supply voltages from 9 to 30 V DC.
  • Static signal at rest: The sensor provides a defined output even at 0 Hz, enabling direct measurement of static accelerations (e.g. gravity).

Applications
  • Rail engineering: monitoring vibration, rotational imbalance and shocks on axles or car bodies (type-tested to DIN EN 50155).
  • Industrial applications: machine building, plant monitoring, vibration measurement; especially where standardized outputs such as 4...20 mA are required.
  • Harsh environments: suitable with IP67 cable version for humidity, contamination or cleaning processes.
