Performance and Media Options
These units perform effectively in environments that generate static charges on dust particles. Paramount supplies epitropic anti-static media as the standard filter medium. Additional media options are available to suit specific particulate types, including:

Control and Efficiency
The units use solid-state control to trigger pulse cleaning on demand rather than on a fixed schedule. This demand-based cleaning reduces compressed air and electricity consumption, improving operating cost efficiency.

Dust Collection and Continuous Operation
Collected dust is discharged from the base of the unit through a butterfly valve into heavy-duty plastic sacks or a steel bin. This arrangement enables straightforward disposal without stopping plant processes, supporting true continuous operation and reduced downtime.

Paramount CA Reverse Jet Filter units address explosion risks associated with fibrous and fine combustible dusts (for example, paper and board dust classified as “Class A”). The systems are designed and manufactured in accordance with ATEX and CE directives. Key safety features include:
