Overview
Originally designed for smaller or start-up printers, the Paramount Mini-System is a cost-effective waste extraction solution for small printers, print finishers or as an emergency backup for critical equipment. It offers a small footprint and relatively low cost while protecting production schedules from waste system outages or allowing the operation of a single machine during planned shutdowns.

Design and operation

• Standard configuration uses a blower to induce airflow within a machine pickup and convey waste to a simple separator/dissipator positioned above a waste cage or bin.
• For applications producing large amounts of heavy waste (for example a 3-knife trimmer), the unit can be equipped with a suitably sized fan and a Venturi unit to provide greater air volumes and pressures.
• Chopper fans are not used in either blower or Venturi configurations to avoid creating additional process dust.
• Available as a self-assembly kit including all necessary fixings; professional installation is also offered.
• Optional silencers and lag can be fitted to reduce operational noise levels; castors are available to provide mobility. Custom requirements can be accommodated.
