Description
The MTL 301 1/2D from Pharaon is designed for extraction of combustible dusts in environments with a moderate explosion risk. Its compact, mobile design simplifies cleaning and maintenance operations even in demanding industrial settings.

The unit features two filtration stages: an antistatic primary filter class M and an absolute HEPA H14 filter providing filtration efficiency up to 99.995 %. This combination helps maintain a clean and safe workplace while meeting strict safety standards.

The MTL 301 1/2D is driven by a by-pass motor engineered for non-continuous applications, ensuring extended service life and reliable performance. The innovative motor head is protected by a safety shroud to preserve the motor and reduce explosion risk while optimizing suction.

The vacuum has a stainless steel AISI 304 tank and a wheeled chassis for easy mobility. It is simple to service and includes an integrated evacuometer to monitor filter clogging and allow easy filter replacement.
