Overview
The DGVL75 EX1/2D is a high-performance three-phase industrial vacuum engineered for ATEX zones 21 and 20 with category 1/2D certification. Designed for direct use in potentially explosive atmospheres, including inside tanks, it is suitable for demanding sectors such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace and precision machining.

Main operating features
  • 7.5 kW side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor (no transmission) for low-noise, maintenance-free operation.
  • Integrated safety valve providing additional cooling airflow to the motor.
  • Maximum vacuum 2,700 mmH₂O and air flow 700 m³/h for high suction capacity and handling of large volumes of dust and fine residues.
  • 120 mm inlet diameter for optimal passage of materials.
  • 160 L AISI 304 stainless steel collection tank mounted on casters for rapid and hygienic emptying.
  • Tangential inlet with integrated cyclone for pre-separation of dust by cyclonic effect.

Filtration and de-clogging system
  • Primary antistatic polyester pocket filter, class M, filtration area 70,000 cm².
  • Absolute HEPA H14 filter with 52,000 cm² surface, 99.995% efficiency for particles down to 0.18 µm.
  • ATEX-certified semi-automatic de-clogging system using a pneumatic cylinder to shake the filter (vertical movement); programmable cleaning cycles to maintain suction performance and reduce downtime.
