The 452 AIREX 7V 1/2D is a compressed-air industrial vacuum designed for ATEX-classified environments with dual hazards: gas zones 1/2 and dust zones 21/22. Certified II 1/2D - II 2G and compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022, it is intended for mixed explosive atmospheres (combustible dust and flammable vapors) in demanding sectors (surface treatment, fine chemicals, industrial painting, sensitive maintenance areas).

Operation and drive
Operates exclusively on compressed air via a multi-nozzle venturi system housed in a reinforced metal head, eliminating the use of an electric motor and any risk of sparks. Recommended supply: 6 bar. Air consumption: 729 nl/min. Maximum vacuum: 3,700 mmH2O. Flow rate: 150 m3/h. Suitable for localized interventions in high-safety constraint zones.

Filtration

• Two-stage filtration system:
• 1st stage: antistatic polyester pocket filter class M, PTFE-treated for clogging resistance and performance on fine or sticky dusts.
• 2nd stage: absolute HEPA H14 filter, retaining 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 µm.
• Manual filter de-dusting via an external safety handle, limiting dust dispersion during maintenance.

Design and mobility
45-litre stainless steel tank mounted on casters, compact and robust format for easy use even in confined spaces. Reinforced structure suited to occasional operations, mobile site work and preventive maintenance in ATEX installations.
