Overview
The 452 AIREX 14V 1/2D is an ATEX-certified industrial vacuum for gases and dusts (gas zones 1/2 and dust zones 21/22) compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022. Powered solely by compressed air (no electric motor), it uses a multi-nozzle venturi system encapsulated in a metal head. Air consumption: 1 458 nl/min at 6 bar. Vacuum developed: 3 700 mmH2O. Nominal airflow: 300 m³/h. Sound level: 68 dB(A).

Technology and filtration
Two-stage complementary filtration:

• Primary filter: antistatic polyester pocket filter category M, PTFE-coated to reduce clogging and improve durability.
• Absolute filter: HEPA H14, declared surface in product text ~20 600 cm², capable of retaining 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm.

Filter cleaning is performed by a manual handle de-clogging system to limit dust re-suspension.

Construction and handling
45 L stainless tank (without trolley), mounted on casters and easily detachable for quick, clean emptying. Compact, reinforced structure designed for manipulation in confined or mobile zones. Format adapted to sensitive areas.
