Overview
The MTL451 1/2D INERT is a single-phase industrial vacuum certified ATEX (zone 20 internal and 21 external) for safe collection of combustible, reactive and flammable dusts. It features an oil-bath neutralising inerting system compliant with EN 17348, primary M-class filtration and an H14 HEPA cartridge to protect against hazardous fine dust.

Detailed description
The MTL451 1/2D INERT is equipped with a 1.1 kW brushless motor delivering consistent performance with low maintenance. It provides a maximum vacuum of 2 250 mmH₂O and an air flow of 215 m³/h, suitable for fine dust extraction. Filtration comprises a 20,000 cm² antistatic polyester pocket primary filter (M class) and an 11,000 cm² HEPA H14 cartridge (99.995% efficiency down to 0.18 µm by MPPS). An integrated vacuometer monitors filter condition and a manual handle de-dusting system eases maintenance.
