Detailed description
The DM AIREX 25V 1/2D - 2/2G is an ATEX-certified compressed-air industrial vacuum (Zone 20 indoor / Zone 21 outdoor), engineered for maximum safety in explosive-risk environments. Its multi-nozzle Venturi system powered by compressed air eliminates the need for electricity, preventing spark risks and ensuring safe operation in the presence of combustible dust or flammable gases (category 1/2D – 2/2G IIC). The AISI 304 stainless-steel construction provides corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The 100 L tank on casters offers large collection capacity and safe emptying.

Filtration comprises an antistatic polyester pocket primary filter (M class, filtration surface 30,000 cm², Ø 500 mm) for fine dust retention, complemented by an absolute HEPA H14 filter (26,000 cm²) capturing 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm. A manual de-clogging system preserves performance, and an integrated vacuum gauge allows real-time monitoring of filter condition.
