OverviewThe OxyTrans I is a loop-powered two-wire oxygen transmitter for trace and percent level measurements. It uses a fuel-cell sensor to provide accurate, long-life monitoring with a simple display and one-point calibration. Optional ATEX approval (1/2 G Ex ia IIC T4) and SIL capability meet industrial deployment requirements.
DescriptionOne user-selectable measuring range: available ranges from 0–10 ppm up to 0–100% O2. The fuel-cell sensor is designed for sensitivity and extended service life. For trace oxygen measurements calibrate with a calibration gas (concentration selectable within the measuring range); in the percent range calibrate with ambient air.
Features- Loop-powered 2‑wire output (4–20 mA)
- Fuel-cell sensor with long operating life
- IP65 enclosure
- Reverse voltage protection
- Temperature compensation
- Compact and cost-efficient design
Flow-through measuring cellThe modular stainless steel measuring cell is serviceable: a defective part can be replaced without changing the complete unit, reducing maintenance time and cost.
