Description

Description
The Oxymaster II 16T is a trace oxygen analyzer designed for fast, accurate and economical measurement of O2 at trace levels. Menu-driven software, a touchpad and a large graphic LCD enable quick start-up and straightforward operation.

User-selectable measuring range
The measuring range is user-programmable within 0–10000 ppm. A freely programmable concentration alarm plus a system alarm provide configuration flexibility to meet process requirements.

Data outputs and Data logger
Standard outputs include a 4–20 mA signal for oxygen and RS232 for data reading. A built-in data logger stores up to 10,000 values. Additional output options are available on request.

Sensor with long operating life
The Oxymaster uses a dedicated fuel cell (electrochemical) sensor to determine oxygen concentration. The sensor is designed to meet industrial requirements for sensitivity, accuracy and service life.

Calibration
Calibration for trace oxygen measurements should be performed using calibration gas. The calibration concentration can be chosen freely within the measuring range.

Customer / Configuration
The unit can operate as a stand-alone analyzer or be supplied as part of a custom system with sample handling. An optional two-channel version with a second measuring cell is available.

Benefits
  • Compact, economical analyzer with sensor separated from electronics
  • Long-life electrochemical sensor
  • No range switching required
  • Clear text instructions and error messages (e.g. calibration not OK, change measuring cell)

Flow-through measuring cell in Stainless Steel
  • Modular SS316 measuring cell design
  • Defective parts can be replaced individually, avoiding full unit replacement
