Description
The OxyTrans II provides precise electrochemical measurement of oxygen at trace (ppm) and percent levels for industrial process control and gas monitoring. The instrument features a clear display and one-point calibration for quick commissioning. ATEX certification (1/2 G Ex ia IIC T4) is available as an option.

One user specific measuring range
The unit is supplied with a selected measuring range between 0–10 ppm and 0–100% O2. Switchable ppm ranges: 10,000 / 1,000 / 100 / 10 ppm. Switchable percent ranges: 25 / 2.5 / 0.25 % O2.

Sensor
The OxyTrans II uses an electrochemical fuel-cell sensor designed for industrial use, offering high sensitivity, stable accuracy and extended operating life.

Calibration
Trace oxygen calibration should be performed using a calibration gas with a chosen concentration within the measuring range. For percent-range calibration the unit can be calibrated with ambient air. A zero set point is also available for low-ppm measurements.
