Overview
This instrument provides fast, accurate and economical measurement of trace oxygen concentration and dew point. The menu-driven software, touchpad and large LCD enable quick start-up and straightforward operation. The unit measures dew point and oxygen concentration simultaneously: dew point range -100°C to +20°C and oxygen 0–10,000 ppm.

User-selectable measuring range
The operator can select any measuring range within 0–10,000 ppm (O2) and -100°C to +20°C (dew point). Free-programmable concentration alarm and a system alarm are included to meet varied process requirements.

Data outputs
Standard outputs include 2 x 4–20 mA for oxygen concentration and dew point. Additional output options are available on request; RS485 is available as an option. RS232, alarm contacts and datalogger functions are supported.

Sensor with long operating life
The Oxymaster uses a dedicated electrochemical fuel cell to measure oxygen concentration, designed for industrial accuracy and sensitivity. Dew point is measured with an aluminium oxide (Al2O3) probe for reliable moisture detection.

Calibration
Trace oxygen calibration should be performed using calibration gas; the calibration concentration can be selected freely within the instrument measuring range. Air can also be used for calibration checks.
