Description

Product overview
The Oxymaster II 16P is a compact analyzer for fast, accurate and economical measurement of oxygen at trace levels. Menu-driven software, a tactile keypad and a large graphic display enable straightforward operation and rapid startup.

Description
User-selectable measuring range: any range within 0–10000 ppm can be selected. Free-programmable concentration alarm and a system alarm provide configuration flexibility to meet process requirements. No mechanical range switching is required.

Data outputs and Data logger
A standard 4–20 mA output is provided for oxygen concentration. RS232 interface for data readout is included. An integrated datalogger stores up to 10,000 values. Additional outputs and interfaces are available on request.

Sensor with long operating life
The Oxymaster uses a dedicated electrochemical fuel-cell sensor for oxygen measurement. The sensor design balances sensitivity, accuracy and service life while remaining easy to replace in the field.

Calibration
Calibration for trace oxygen measurements must be performed with an appropriate calibration gas. Calibration concentration can be set freely within the measuring range to match application needs.

Customer / Options
The Oxymaster can be supplied as a stand-alone unit or integrated into a custom system with sample handling. Optionally available as a two-channel unit with a second measuring cell and alternative power supply options.

Benefits
  • Compact, economical analyzer with sensor separated from electronics
  • Long-life electrochemical sensor with simple replacement
  • No mechanical range switching required
  • Clear-text instructions and error messages (e.g. "calibration not OK", "change measuring cell")

Flow-through measuring cell in stainless steel
  • Modular measuring cell constructed in stainless steel for process compatibility
  • Repairable design: faulty parts can be replaced individually without exchanging the entire cell
