INTRODUCTIONThe TOPKING T-1012 is the most compact NC cylindrical grinder in the T series, engineered for workshops with limited floor space and for production of small precision multi-step parts. It provides a 300 mm distance between centers and a maximum swing over table of Ø270 mm, enabling stable machining of small-to-medium components with minimal footprint. Both X and Z axes are servo-driven and the machine includes a graphical user interface (GUI) for intuitive numerical programming. The T-1012 retains the T Series rigid structure and an automatic hydrostatic lubrication system to maintain micron-level accuracy during high-speed operation.

▶ MACHINE FEATUREHIGH PERFORMANCE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE▪ The graphic dialogue interface provides a user-friendly and safe operating environment. Numerical programs can execute grinding cycles, dressing, and compensation. The system stores coordinates for mechanical origin, grinding, dressing and offsets with one key. Multiple grinding and dressing methods are selectable to match component requirements.
RIGID MACHINE BASE▪ The machine frame is engineered for high rigidity: thicker sliding seats, 1V+1 flat slideway geometry and a static-pressure based lubrication design deliver improved stability and precision compared with lightweight structures.
HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM▪ Table and wheelhead slideways use an automatic hydrostatic lubrication system to improve lubrication consistency and slide smoothness, enabling better feed control and machining accuracy.
WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION▪ The grinding wheel spindle is manufactured from alloy steel SNCM-220 with normalization, quenching, tempering, carburizing, cryogenic treatment and precision grinding/mirror finishing. Surface hardness exceeds HRC62 to resist deformation and wear and ensure long-term spindle accuracy.
WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK▪ The workhead uses precision bearings and a servo-driven spindle with continuous variable speed. A fixed-type work spindle enhances accuracy and stability. The tailstock is oil-bath lubricated with an oil gauge for monitoring and delivers consistent support for between-centers work.
DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER▪ The slider-mounted diamond dressing holder is affixed to the Z-axis slide to minimize error from repeated dressing position adjustments. Various dressing devices are available to suit specific component geometries.
