Description

INTRODUCTION
TOPKING OGC series cylindrical grinders are designed for precision external and internal cylindrical grinding with CNC GUI operation. X- and Z-axes are driven by precision ball screws and servo motors. The integrated CNC control with graphical interface simplifies process setup and reduces programming complexity.

MACHINE FEATURES
  • USER-FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM : Built-in CNC with GUI guides operators to split complex parts into sequential grinding operations; process editing and dressing are done numerically without manual G/M code programming.

  • HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM : Slideways of table and wheelhead use automatic hydrostatic lubrication for smoother movement and improved feed precision.
  • WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION : G.W. spindle manufactured from alloy steel SNCM-220 with normalization, quenching, carburizing and cryogenic treatments, followed by precision grinding and mirror finishing; surface hardness ≥ HRC62° to minimize deformation and wear.
  • WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK : Precision bearings on work spindle; servo-driven workhead with infinitely variable speed; fixed-type spindle for stability; tailstock with oil-bath lubrication and oil gauge for monitoring.
  • DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER : Tailstock-mounted diamond holder available; compatible with multiple dressing devices to suit component needs.
