INTRODUCTION
TOPKING CNC Cylindrical Grinder OGC-1020 is built for high-precision external cylindrical grinding. Both X and Z axes are driven by precision ball screws and AC servo motors. The integrated CNC controller with graphical user interface (GUI) simplifies editing of grinding and dressing processes without complex G/M code programming, providing an efficient operating environment for production and R&D workshops.

USER FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
▪ The grinding wheel spindle is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel (SNCM-220) and undergoes normalization
▪ Quenching/tempering, carburizing, cryogenic treatment
▪ Precision grinding and mirror finishing. Surface hardness exceeds HRC62
▪ Ensuring long-term precision and wear resistance.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
▪ Work spindle uses precision bearings for optimal stability.
▪ Workhead is servo-driven with stepless speed control (10–300 rpm).
▪ Fixed-type work spindle improves accuracy and repeatability.
▪ Tailstock features oil-bath lubrication with oil gauge for monitoring.

DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER
