INTRODUCTION
TOPKING Cylindrical Grinder – T series is suitable for step grinding. The X and Z axes are driven by NC servo motors with ball screws. Eliminate the complicated program editing of traditional CNC control systems. The T-Series is equipped with a high-performance control system with GUI, providing a convenient operating environment for the operator.

▶ MACHINE FEATURES

HIGH PERFORMANCE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE
▪ TOPKING's graphic dialogue operation interface provides a convenient, simple and safe operating environment. Numerical programming settings can automatically execute grinding cycles, dressing cycles, corrections and other commands. It can memorize coordinates of mechanical origin, grinding, dressing and compensation with one key. Various grinding and dressing methods can be selected according to work requirements.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
▪ The machine structure greatly strengthens structural rigidity using a thicker and stronger sliding seat mechanism, slideway 1V 1 flat structure, and a lubrication system designed by the principle of static pressure to provide high precision and stability during grinding.

HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
▪ The slideways of the table and the wheel head are lubricated by an advanced automatic hydrostatic lubrication system. This enhances lubrication performance and grinding smoothness, and improves precision of feed rate and machining accuracy.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
▪ The G.W. spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel SNCM-220 with normalization, quenching, tempering, carburizing heat treatment and cryogenic treatment followed by precision grinding and mirror treatment to reach surface hardness above HRC62°, ensuring long-term precision and wear resistance.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
▪ The work spindle utilizes precision-grade bearings for stability. The workhead is driven by a servo motor enabling continuous infinitely variable speed. The workhead features a fixed-type work spindle for enhanced accuracy. The tailstock uses an oil-bath lubrication system with an oil gauge for monitoring.
