Description

INTRODUCTION
TOPKING Cylindrical Grinder — T series is designed for multi-step and step grinding of cylindrical parts. X and Z axes are driven by NC servo motors with ball screws. The T-Series integrates a high-performance graphical control system that simplifies programming and enables automatic execution of grinding and dressing cycles, corrections and coordinate memorization for mechanical origin, grinding, dressing and compensation.

▶ MACHINE FEATURE

HIGH PERFORMANCE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE
▪ Graphic dialogue interface provides an intuitive operating environment. Numerical programming automates grinding and dressing cycles, corrections and other commands. Single-key coordinate memory supports mechanical origin, grinding, dressing and compensation. Multiple grinding and dressing methods selectable to match workpiece requirements.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
▪ Reinforced structural design with a thicker sliding seat mechanism, 1V 1 flat slideway structure and a static-pressure-based lubrication design to ensure high precision and stability during grinding.

HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
▪ Table and wheelhead slideways use an automatic hydrostatic lubrication system to improve lubrication consistency, grinding smoothness and feed precision.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
▪ G.W. spindle manufactured from alloy steel SNCM-220 with multiple heat treatments, precision grinding and mirror finishing; surface hardness above HRC62 to ensure long-term precision and wear resistance.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
▪ Work spindle fitted with precision bearings and servo-driven variable speed. Fixed-type work spindle improves accuracy. Tailstock uses oil-bath lubrication and includes an oil gauge for monitoring.

DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER
▪ Tailstock-mounted diamond tool holder provided. Various dressing devices available to suit component needs.
