INTRODUCTION
TOPKING CNC Cylindrical Grinder — OGC series is engineered for high-precision external cylindrical grinding. Both X and Z axes are driven by precision ball screws and servo motors and the machines integrate a user-oriented CNC system with graphical interface for simplified process setup and operation.

USER FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM
Built-in advanced CNC controller with GUI guides operators through graphical process division for grinding and dressing. No manual G/M coding required, easing setup and reducing programming time.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
Structure prioritizes rigidity over light-weight design to improve stability during heavy-duty grinding and maintain geometric accuracy.

HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Table and wheelhead slideways use an automatic hydrostatic lubrication system to enhance smoothness and feed-rate precision.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
The grinding wheel spindle is manufactured from SNCM-220 alloy steel and undergoes normalization, quenching/tempering, carburizing and cryogenic treatment, followed by precision grinding and polishing to exceed HRC62 for minimal deformation and long-term accuracy.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
Work spindle uses precision bearings; servo-driven workhead provides continuous variable speed. Tailstock features oil-bath lubrication with oil level indicator and manual center movement (stroke 25 mm).

DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER
Tailstock-mounted diamond dresser with multiple dressing options to match component requirements.

GRINDING CYCLE
Graphical grinding and dressing sequences are provided for process guidance and repeatability.
