INTRODUCTION
The T-1020 is an entry-level CNC cylindrical grinding machine offering an extensive working range: a maximum swing over table of Ø270 mm and a distance between centers of 500 mm. Intended for small-to-medium multi-step shaft components, it supports grinding diameters up to Ø250 mm. X and Z axes are servo-driven and the machine is equipped with an intuitive graphical user interface featuring conversational numerical programming for simplified operator use. Combined with a rigid structure and an automatic hydrostatic lubrication system, the T-1020 provides stable feed and consistent micron-level precision.

RIGID MACHINE BASE

HYDROSTATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
▪ Table and wheelhead slideways lubricated by an advanced automatic hydrostatic lubrication system to improve smoothness and feed-rate precision.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
▪ G.W. spindle made of alloy steel SNCM-220 with normalization, quenching & tempering, carburizing and cryogenic treatments, then precision ground and mirror-finished; surface hardness above HRC62 for long-term precision and wear resistance.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
▪ Work spindle uses precision-grade bearings for enhanced stability.
▪ Workhead is driven by a servo motor with continuous infinitely variable speed.
▪ Fixed-type work spindle improves accuracy and stability.
▪ Tailstock uses oil-bath lubrication and includes an oil gauge for monitoring.

DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER
▪ Dressing device mounted on the Z-axis slide to minimize dressing-position calibration errors.
