Overview
Modular multi-tank washing systems composed of ultrasonic, rinse and hydrokinetic tanks, plus integrated ovens. All tanks and ovens are manufactured in double-walled AISI 304 stainless steel. Ultrasonic tanks are fitted with ball drain valves, an ultrasound system (transducers and generator), electric heaters, a digital thermostat, a suction collar and insulation. Rinse tanks include inlet ramps, an overflow hopper and a drain valve. Hydrokinetic tanks include a ball drain valve, a manually operated movable lid, connection for an external buffer tank and a hydrokinetic pump. Ovens are dual-position with dual-threshold thermostat control, an automatically insulated removable lid, insulation, push-pull air circulation, a recirculation fan and adjustable feet.
