Stainless steel drying cabinet

Overview
Our solvent dryers operate with any compatible non-flammable solvent. Built entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel, the units comprise multiple tanks arranged in cascade. The first tank holds the drying solvent and extracts water; subsequent tanks remove residual surfactants to deliver parts dry and free of streaks.

Water separation and skimming
The initial treatment stage features a gravitational water separator. A skimming ramp powered by a dedicated centrifugal pump and fitted with a 20-micron filter evacuates all water removed from the treated components.
