Overview
The CCR series rotating-drum spray washer performs spray cleaning of mechanical parts to remove oily residues and other contaminants. The drum rotates on a horizontal axis driven by a gearmotor while side spray ramps deliver the cleaning solution to ensure complete degreasing. For steel parts treated with aqueous solutions, apply a suitable corrosion-protection product after washing.

Washing cycle and description of stages

• Inserting the basket into the rotating drum
• Washing by spraying with hot cleaning solution
• Drainage and dripping
• Blowing with compressed air (optional)
• Vapour extraction
• Drying with hot air knife (optional)
• Basket extraction

Notes
Compressed-air blowing is available only if the optional «Compressed air blowing» kit is installed. Hot-air knife drying is available only if the optional «Hot air drying» kit is installed.
