Overview
Our coating treatment machines are designed for use with 3M NOVEC products and prioritize safety, solvent savings and low consumption. The machines are compact and configured according to the size of the parts to be treated to ensure efficient coating operations.

Composition
The heart of the machine is the internal treatment area constructed entirely of AISI 316 L stainless steel. Every corner, wall and detail of this section is sized to meet the strict requirements of coating processes. The cooling coils are located in the upper (drying) section and are connected directly to the integrated cooling unit housed inside the casing. A manual lid closed with screws and gaskets ensures hermetic sealing. The external casing features fairing in aluminum profiles and black polycarbonate panels for a functional, serviceable design.
