Product Introduction
The Electric Safety Appliance Test Equipment has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the State Power Corporation on the Issuance of the "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools" (Trial) (State Power Document [2002] No. 777) and the Power Safety Work Regulations (Substation Part) issued by the State Grid Corporation of China. All product indicators meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
The equipment enables intelligent insulation and voltage withstand testing for safety tools such as insulated shoes and insulated gloves, in compliance with the Preventive Testing Regulations for Electric Power Safety Tools. According to the regulations, the resistance test period for insulated shoes and insulated gloves is six months, with breakdown strictly prohibited during testing. Additionally, the leakage current of insulated shoes and insulated gloves must not exceed the specified limit values.
This product is suitable for use in all industries related to electric power operations.

Multi-Channel Testing: The instrument can perform tests on up to 8 insulated boots or gloves simultaneously, measuring the leakage current of each test object individually.
Innovative Insulated Shoe Testing: Utilizes a dry test method with small steel balls placed inside the shoes, eliminating the traditional practice of water filling and the subsequent difficulty of drying after testing.
High and Low Voltage Separation: Leakage current data is transmitted back to the control box using anti-interference wireless transmission technology, ensuring high-voltage isolation and greatly enhancing personal safety.
Independent Sample Protection: Each test sample is equipped with an independent breaking mechanism. When any circuit experiences breakdown or exceeds the set leakage current value, that test sample is automatically disconnected without affecting the ongoing testing of other samples.
User-Friendly Display: Features a 7-inch TFT touch large-screen LCD with English character display, providing comprehensive information on a single screen, including test voltage, 8-channel high-voltage leakage current, calendar, timing duration, and Chinese text prompts.
Fully Automatic Withstand Voltage Test: Employs a DC motor to control the voltage regulator boosting process. After the test starts, the instrument automatically switches on and boosts the voltage at the rate specified by national standards. Upon reaching the preset voltage, timing begins and the test voltage is maintained. At the end of the timing period, power is automatically cut off, and the test concludes. Leakage current for each test object is displayed, and test results are automatically saved.
Specialized Test Accessories: Includes a dedicated stainless steel grounding tray for insulated shoe testing and dedicated stainless steel containers for insulated glove testing, ensuring convenient and reliable operation.
Flexible Transformer Configuration: The transformation ratio of the test transformer can be freely set, allowing compatibility with the customer's existing transformer.
