This equipment enables intelligent insulation and voltage withstand testing for safety appliances such as insulated shoes and insulated gloves. According to the relevant regulations, the resistance test period for insulated shoes and insulated gloves is six months. During testing, breakdown is strictly prohibited, and the leakage current of insulated shoes and insulated gloves must not exceed the specified limit values.

Key features
Multi-Channel Testing: The instrument can perform tests on up to 2 insulated boots or gloves simultaneously (expandable to 8 channels upon request), measuring the leakage current of each test object individually.
Innovative Insulated Shoe Testing: The inner lining of insulated shoes is fabric. The test adopts a dry method using small steel balls placed inside the shoes, eliminating the traditional water-filling approach which often leaves the lining difficult to dry after testing.
Wireless Leakage Current Sampling: The leakage current sampling and tripping mechanism on the test support are powered by lithium batteries, with battery power displayed as a percentage for convenient monitoring.
High and Low Voltage Separation: High and low voltage sections are isolated. Leakage current for both channels is clearly displayed via a bright LED display module for easy observation.
Independent Sample Protection: Each test object is equipped with an independent breaking mechanism. When any channel experiences breakdown or exceeds the preset leakage current value, that specific test object is automatically disconnected without affecting the ongoing testing of other samples.
Adjustable Breaking Current: The breaking current value for each test support can be conveniently set using push-button controls.
Specialized Test Accessories: Includes a dedicated stainless steel grounding tray for insulated shoe testing and dedicated stainless steel containers for insulated glove testing, ensuring convenient and reliable operation.
